# Liquidity Pool Creation

**Initial Formation :** 

1. X28 and Flare Pairing: Only a X28/Flare liquidity pool will be established.
2. Contract Mints Additional Flare: Matching the X28 amount, the contract mints an equal value of Flare for the liquidity pool.
3. $5,000 of TitanX for LP 
4. Pool Type: The X28/Flare pool will be deployed as a V2 pool for efficient trading.

**Fee Structure:** As V2 fees are compounded into the LP to help thicken the LP
