Contract Mints Additional Flare: Matching the X28 amount, the contract mints an equal value of Flare for the liquidity pool.

Pool Type: The X28/Flare pool will be deployed as a V2 pool for efficient trading.
Fee Structure: As V2 fees are compounded into the LP to help thicken the LP
